1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, registering, or accessing the PurzaSetumobile application or web portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the services.

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and the administrators of PurzaSetu.

2. Scope of Service

PurzaSetu is a digital bridge and marketplace matching platform designed to connect retail/commercial auto parts buyers (Customers) with local verified automobile spare parts retailers (Shopkeepers).

Platform Only: You acknowledge that PurzaSetu is solely a marketplace facilitator. We do not manufacture, store, test, or ship any physical auto parts. All purchase transactions, specifications, pricing, warranties, and delivery arrangements are settled directly between the customer and the shopkeeper.

3. Registration & Account Obligations

To use specific features (such as ordering parts or posting listings), you must register on our platform:

• Verification: Registration requires active mobile phone validation using One-Time Passwords (OTP).
• Partner Eligibility: Shopkeepers must furnish authentic local shop metadata, accurate pin codes, and valid inventory details. Administrators reserve the right to verify shop credentials prior to portal approval.
• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile session and account. Any actions taken using your credentials are your legal responsibility.

4. Spare Parts Listings & Transactions

When listing products or initiating requests:

• Accuracy: Shopkeepers must ensure that all photos, descriptions, OEM/Part numbers, and compatibility models are accurate and genuine.
• Prohibited Listings: Selling counterfeit, stolen, or regulatory-banned automobile spare parts is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate banishment and details will be forwarded to law enforcement.
• Direct Negotiation: Buyers are encouraged to cross-verify product configurations directly with dealers prior to payment. PurzaSetu is not liable for components that are incompatible or defective.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PURZASETU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE QUALITY, COMPATIBILITY, OR AUTHENTICITY OF LISTED AUTO PARTS.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PurzaSetu and its administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from defective spare parts, financial losses arising from shopkeeper dealings, or server downtime.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your portal registration or app access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we discover violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent listings, or actions that compromise platform integrity.

Users may request account deletion at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rajasthan, India.
